What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We use a set of extensive movement screens to assess dysfunction and identify asymmetry in primitive patterns. Once that is established we follow a strict protocol to increase your functional thresholds. Meanwhile, we design a specific strategy to suit your goals. Our goal is to teach you the body awareness necessary to reach your goals while significantly reducing risk of injury or re-injury.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all certified personal trainers, certified movement specialists.
We have specific training in the following:
DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) Sport trainer
FMS (Functional Movement Systems)
USA- Weightlifting certified
TPI (Titlelist Performance Instititue)

How did you get started teaching?
25 years experiance as Strength and Conditioning coach at the High School, Collegiate, and professional levels. Baseball, Football, and olympic weightlifting.
