Your first session starts with a health history discussion. Together we will set a current baseline of measurement which will enable our team to take you where you want to go. From there, we will further delve into your goals and the strategies to achieve them. We find that getting all of this information upfront best enables our team of wellness experts to design a complete and customized training program for you.

This is not a quick one-size fits all training practice. Trainer Raynor, LLC, customizes all training protocols to our clients needs based on data collection and top research in the field of strength, conditioning, and rehabilitation. Our team works through periodized phasic progressions where movement governs advancement. If you cannot move well through an exercise we will not progress the complexity of programming. Expect to learn how to master your body while challenging yourself in movement patterns that are intentional & effective! Jason is a Nike Trainer, former NFL strength and conditioning coach, performance training expert, movement specialist, and fitness event & program design consultant. As a Nike Master Trainer, Jason has lead workshops, workouts, and live events throughout the United States. While working with the Washington Redskins, Jason discovered his passion for training athletes and has trained various clients in the NFL, NBA, and MLB. His consulting work includes: Nike, JW Marriott, Marriott International, and various Fortune 500 companies. Jason's work has been featured in the Huffington Post, Washington Post, Travel Channel, Runner's World, Miami Herald, Chicago Athlete, a Sweat Life, FOX, WCIU, CN100, the CW, Openfit, and many more. From performance training to education and rehabilitation, Jason is a leading authority in the fitness industry.
I personally charge $200 an hour. My group of trainers that are mentored by me and work under my supervision vary from $85-$150 an hour.
