Additionally, our philosophy emphasizes evidence based training. We take advantage of the latest science to inform how we can deliver the best results to our clients.

Our premium services are competitively priced because we believe everyone should be able to afford their dream body. While we offer in-person training strictly to the Chicagoland area, we offer other services like diet and exercise programming to both Chicago area residents and online clients all across the USA.

Personally, my favorite part about this is kind of work is the excitement I can share with my clients over the results they see. It is unbelievably motivating for both of us to keep working hard!

Nick is a great guy. I have seen him progress tremendously in his personal fitness goals, and his training business in the six years that Ive known him. Ive also had the pleasure to provide my companys moving services to one of his customers, and she had nothing but great things to say about him. She is in her 50s, has a full-time job, and a mortgage, yet her garage is full of exercise equipment, and she is dedicated to fitness. Im not just saying he provides a great service because he is my friend, but I have seen firsthand how his services have provided great value to his customers.

Ive had many personal trainers throughout the years! I started working with Nick from Titan Fitness, and not a single one of them has gotten me results like he has. I have already lost 8lbs after working with him for a month, and I have also gotten stronger! But what I like most about Nick is his passion for fitness and it shows! Nick sets the example, he has a great physique, he’s very muscular, ripped, cut and chiseled! He consistently motivates and inspires me to push my limits! I know for a fact he will take me to the next level! Nick is really a nice guy, respectful, pleasant to be around and is very flexible scheduling class hours, something that in my case has allowed me to be consistent with the 2-3 workouts per week! I absolutely recommend Nick as a Personal Trainer!

Frequently asked questions

All new clients are required to fill out the Par-Q questionnaire which is an industry standard for evaluating ability to participate in a fitness program.  From there we perform a fitness evaluation of the cardiovascular and muscular systems and begin developing a custom program designed specifically for the client's needs, situation, and other factors.

All trainers hold a valid personal training certification by a nationally accredited certifying entity (ACE, NASM, ISSA, ACSM, etc.) and maintain valid CPR/AED certification.  Additionally, we screen trainers for competency and experience before introducing them to clients.

Personally, I am certified through the ISSA, and I am senior Biology major.  Much of my coursework has included relevant classes like Kinesiology, Anatomy and Physiology I+II, etc.

Our standard system is as follows:

$35/Session (Base Price) + $1/mile outside of a 10 mile radius from the trainer.

Example: If you lived 15 miles away from your trainer, your cost per session would be $35+$5=$40/session.

Please inquire about additional savings through buying packages of sessions (8,16, or 24).

I started training other individuals after years of building a strong knowledge base about achieving and maintaining a fitness lifestyle.  When people regularly began approaching me for advice on building muscle, losing fat, or getting stronger, I realized the potential I had to effect positive changes in the people around me.

While most of my clientele have been middle-aged and professionals, I have experience working with youth, adolescents, and older individuals too.

One of my clients (female) recently achieved a personal best of 41 push-ups in just 60 seconds!

While having a certification is important (and definitely shows that one cares about their job), it is not everything.  We make sure our trainers have plenty of in-the-trenches experience beyond their cert. to ensure the best results for our clients.  A good trainer MUST be adatpable and have the critical thinking skills to treat each client's situation in a unique way.

Additionally, bear in mind that this industry sticks to the old adage "you get what you pay for".  If achieving and maintaining your dream body is that important to you, it is definitely worth the extra money to hire the best!

General questions we like clients to think about:

-How often per week you would like to work with a trainer

-Do you have access to equipment (either a home gym or a gym membership with guest privileges)

-Will you be able to make the financial and time commitment necessary to see the results you want

-What do you look for in a trainer

-Do you have S.M.A.R.T. goals? (Specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, time-bound)
