I trained with Greg this summer while I was home from school. He taught me a lot of new workouts that target different areas of the muscles that I was not hitting. It was a lot of fun and I learned a lot. He was always pushing me to increase weight and keep working hard to see results. By the end of the summer I saw a lot of improvement in my weights and in my muscle mass size looking in the mirror.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I like to go through a discovery session first that we set goals and talk about how to get there and also get a little movement in. With that initial session, I can help build our path to success together. I do not work for you and you do not work with me, we are a team.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am currently a Certified Personal Trainer through NCSF and ISSA. I am working on obtaining my certifications through NASM for: Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Corrective Exercise.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I will always want to do the discovery session on a hefty discount or even free to show the process. After that, session pricing will go by frequency per week and length.

How did you get started teaching?

I started on my own fitness journey when I was a sophomore in college and wanted to learn more about how I can help myself. Then, I wanted to take what I had learned and help others while I can.

What types of students have you worked with?

All age groups and fitness levels.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Changing your life is a big decision so make sure you are ready to begin and I can be your guide.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Definitely don't just think about questions. It always comes down to what you want and what you will do to get there. I like to push people to be better in all aspects, not just the gym, but I will always ask what it takes to go too far just so I get a better understanding of how disciplined one can be.
