About this pro

As a former competitive long distance runner, triathlete, and natural bodybuilder, I have a passion for staying physically active.  I love helping people get healthier!

Elaine earned degrees in Exercise Physiology & Dietetics. She also graduated from Trinity Christian College earning her Teaching certificate from their Adult Studies program in Physical Education. She loves animals, especially her 2 brindle boxers. She works from home and takes her pups for several walks each day. Elaine loves to cook and spend time with family and friends.

Elaine Bintz is a Certified Health Coach & Certified Personal Trainer.
She is also Licensed in Massage Therapy and Teaching. Elaine is certified with the American Council on Exercise, YogaFit, and Muscle Activation Techniques. All services are offered: remotely (via phone or virtually), or in her Schererville, Indiana home.

Your health is my #1 objective. Overall health and wellness stem from having a balance among: physical health, mental health, emotional health, and spiritual health. Today you may need a massage, tomorrow you may need Strength Training. Every day is different. Having total health is about knowing when to move ahead, when to stand still, and when to take a step back.

Elaine has a holistic approach. Our first meeting includes a complimentary consultation of getting to know who you are and learning about your specific health and wellness needs. During this meeting we will discuss your medical and health history, your health/wellness/fitness goals, and begin to develop a realistic plan for you to reach your goals!

Elaine has worked with clients with a wide-spectrum of abilities since 2000. She has clients considering bariatric surgery, clients whom have had double-knee replacement, pregnant clients, both professional and amateur athletes, and many more clients with a variety of backgrounds and ability levels. The client’s agenda is my primary concern.
