I strive to make working out a enjoyable experience so its easier to become routine. Also I work to help people form healthier eating habits potentially helping save money long term. Also,unlike most, I read heart rates for fitness suggestions. Most NFL players only work out 3 days a week. As a personal trainer experienced in semi pro football I know a lot about fitness/hygiene.
I particularly enjoy helping others. I also like working out. I like fitness because you don’t always have to lift weights or go on a treadmill to get in good shape. I also feel like this is where work really shows itself.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Start off with waivers then go into a skill assessment to help determine workout intensity.

I am nesta certified as a personal trainer. I also am a semi pro athlete.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My pricing system varies per session need and distance. If I had to narrow it down it, would be between $25-$65 on a case by case basis.
How did you get started teaching?
I’ve always loved helping others. Over the years, I have taken many opportunities that have alowed to do so. As an added bonus, many of those opportunities have produced financial gains.
