Our main goal is to keep all of our clients healthy and active while providing them the most personal programming to meet their individual needs. We tailor everything specific to the individual based upon their desires, needs, goals, and concerns. Our personal training is not only about providing a workout or a program but to educate our clientele on how to become more autonomous so that they are set up for the present and the future.

We meet with everyone for a free consultation that generally lasts give or take an hour in duration. There is no commitment to purchase anything during this session but for us it is for information gathering purposes. We want to find out all of the individual's goals, motivations, current and past exercise history and anything that we need to work around (injuries, surgeries, medical conditions, etc etc) so that we can truly PERSONALIZE a program specifically for that individual. A trainer who just throws a client into a workout without gathering this information first is not a good trainer
Our personal trainers are certified with Nationally recognized certifications and have an educational background qualifying them to work with people 1 on 1 or in small groups
We give all new prospective clients $150 commitment free. Make sure we are a good fit and we can go from there. Our prices vary depending on length of session, commitment periods and other factors. It all is tailored around each individual's needs
We work with everyone! Healthy or severely limited we are properly trained to make sure we keep you safe!
Make sure you hire someone who genuinely cares and that consults you on what you desire to do and asks a lot of questions. Just because someone looks the part, doesn't mean they are a good trainer. Make sure your trainer provides an assessment and asks you lots of questions about your preferences, limitations and goals before throwing you into a workout!
