What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Kick-Off sessions are kept to one-on-one or small group personal training to give as much attention and coaching as possible during the start of your journey. As you work through the six consecutive sessions you will learn about the correct form for basic, functional CrossFit movements, and slowly work up to increase your level of intensity. Kick-Off is the perfect place to ask questions and become more confident in your training. You must go through the Kick-Off before going forward in CrossFit 317. After you complete the 6 sessions, you can then decide if 1-on-1 or group training is best for you!
