About this pro

I have excelled at putting the science and art of exercise together. It's the ability to read people's body language to know how hard to push someone and when to back off the intensity when needed. I balance safety with proper intensity and form that will give you the best results in the shortest amount of time. What separates me above all else is that I will pay close attention to your nutritional program because that's where superior results come from. Exercise is the catalyst nutrition is the fire

Seeing the transformation in people not just what happens on the outside but the change I see in their self-confidence and improved view on life. Also, the flexibility that I have to spend time with my family. I do work a lot of hours but I get to pick and choose when those hours are. Also, the diversity of my clients keeps me challenged by having to continue to become more knowledgeable and better at my craft

Chad is awesome! I constantly recommend him to friends, family, and co-workers. He has a great attitude and personality, is super motivating, and is a lot of fun to work out with. His sessions are always challenging, but not overwhelming. I leave feeling energized and strong, and always look forward to coming back. I've been seeing results and couldn't be happier with them!

I am a 63 year old male. In the last couple of years I have experienced cancer surgery and chemo and radiation treatments. This left my body devastated. As I felt better I wanted to restore my body. I started working with Chad in Oct 2014 with the goals of balance, flexibility and strength. Chad works you at a safe pace towards meeting your goals. He is knowledgeable and responsive to your needs and schedule. He is also very helpful with nutrition planning I would recommend him.

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

My initial coaching consists of doing a body scan to get your specific nutritional targets and you have you do a series of services to gauge your fitness level, then develop a plan based on your results and your goals. I would work with you both online and onsite to get you started. Every 30 days there will be an evaluation to make you are making progress towards your goals.

I'd love to set up a time to discuss the details of your request and answer any questions. Feel free to call and text me anytime, and check out my website for more information. I look forward to hearing from you!
