Rock Steady Boxing-Fight Back KC
About
I'm a scientist, trainer and exercise physiologist and I operate a business training people with Parkinson's disease the art of boxing to empower them to work on their balance, coordination, and flexibility but most importantly to mitigate falls. I also train other folks without Parkinson's to work on their overall fitness, flexibility, and strength and to lose a few pounds in that journey. I have success stories with regular folks since 2002. Used to be a scientist working at Bayer and Children's Mercy Hospital for many years but changed my paradigm from working with machines to helping people become more confident with their bodies, adopt a goal-oriented life and become an exemplary hero for all to copy. So adopting a new lifestyle that involves action for your core, legs, arms, back and especially your brain to glue it all together, minimizing sitting and joint pity parties. Now is the time for a more purposeful life that only YOU can command. I have a Master's degree in exercise physiologist, an accomplished triathlete and now a competitive swimmer at 65.
