I focus on the basic and advanced fundamentals of boxing with conditioning drills to sharpen and tone your skill while bettering your health with diet and nutritional advice. I work one on one with you with mitt training and conditioning drills. I have fighting experience in MMA and kickboxing and grappling. I'm a certified personal trainer and a certified kickboxing coach. I have over 7 years experience. I just love helping and bettering people and seeing them progress and be healthy it's a true passion of mine. Just know if I let you down I'll let myself down and that's not going to happen. Ill work just as hard as you to help better you.
I enjoy every aspect of training people. Especially beginners because they always have some doubt in there abilities when they first see me for their first session. I tell them go at your own pace and we can work from there. Relax it takes hardwork and dedication to evolve not just in your health and fitness but as a human in every aspect. When they start seeing them selves improve and they get excited thats what i really love to see and they come back for another session.
