Welcome to EXP Sports and Performance Training in Baltimore, MD! As a dedicated one-person operation, I specialize in offering personalized training in basketball, soccer, football, and personal fitness. My approach focuses on enhancing your skills, agility, and overall performance through tailored, one-on-one coaching. Whether you're an aspiring athlete striving to reach the next level or someone looking to improve your fitness, I am committed to helping you achieve your goals with expert guidance and a passion for sports. Join me to elevate your game and performance! Founded in 2019 via ISSA personal training course and 15+ years of experience coaching kids k-12th and college level. As well as 10 years of experience playing experience between youth ball, HS and Division 3 on the college level. Currently a Hs Football and track coach at CH Flowers Hs in Springdale Md. I am based in Baltimore city but will travel! Trained over 100 Collegiate Student athletes and counting. Focused on current, or former Track, Football, Volleyball, and Soccer athletes that want to increase explosion and position specific production, or familiar with sport or position specific movements for the former athletes, as well as non athletes age 14-40 who just want increase physical activity and and experience lifestyle change my learning a new skill!
