Welcome! At Miguel Arroyo's Beginner Boxing Classes, designed specifically for all ages. Our program focuses on introducing athletes to the fundamentals of boxing in a safe and supportive environment. Each class includes a mix of conditioning exercises to build strength and stamina, as well as personal training to ensure individual attention and progress. My experience is dedicated to help you develop skills, improve your fitness, and boost your confidence through fun and engaging workouts. Together we can start a new journey to help you grow stronger, both physically and mentally, while learning the art of boxing.
