Exercise has always been a passion of mine, and helping those achieve their goals through lifestyle changes is extremely satisfying!
Brandon is a tough trainer, he will kick your butt and make it burn, but he will also make sure that you have the proper form. He will also teach you ways to modify the exercise and will spend as much time needed to teach you proper mechanics and provide you the tools and education necessary for you to achieve your training goals.

Brandon has create a work out to accommodate my limitations from injury that incorporates strengthening and rehab. He takes time to educate me on my food intake and suggests options to increase or decrease items to maximize nutrition not just the calories. I love that he educates as we go I know the WHY behind the actions I am taking !
Typical process starts with understanding the clients goals as well as expectations and experiences. Followed by an evaluation showing fitness levels and where the client needs to work on to create a healthy and strong overall individual.
