Through my 15 years of experiences training athletes of all ages I have been able to develop high quality programs to help clients meet their fitness goals. From soccer mom to professional athletes, we have something for you. Doesn't matter if your goals are fat loss or sprint speed, we will help you get there with a personalized program to fit your specific needs.
I love seeing the confidence build as clients begin to see their bodies change. There is nothing better than helping someone find strength they didn't even know they had.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We meet with each client to determine their goals and needs as well as taking them through an evaluation to see their imabalances, strengths, weakness, and areas that need improvement. From there we develop a personalized program to maximize results.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science
-minor in nutrition and psychology
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
USA Weightlifting Level 1 Sports Performance Coach
Nke SPARQ certified trainer
CPR/AED certified
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Personal Training
1 session = $75
10 session = $60 per session ($600)
20 sessions = $50 per session ($1000)
How did you get started teaching?
I was an athlete growing up and in college. Seeing the results I got from the hard work I put in, inspired me to help other Chase their goals and gain confidence.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with athletes of all ages, from 7 years old to 77 years old. From soccer mom to professional athletes. With 15 years of experience I have been able to adapt my programs to each individual.
