The workouts felt tailored to me/my abilities, and are easy for me to do while on my own.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

My process for New clients starts with my "New client assessment" which includes:

1) Medical questionnaire

2) Goals they are wanting to achieve

3) Current Fitness Level assessment

4) Take all that information and make a fitness plan that is suited best for them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

- Nasm CPT Certification

- Nasm certified nutrition specialist

- Nasm Weight Loss specialist

- Trx suspension Certification

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I offer many different plans that differ from client to client based on needs and wants. I would love to sit down to talk more in-depth on what packages I offer and which one best fits your needs.

How did you get started teaching?

I have always had a love for fitness but didn't really start my career until I went to the National personal training academy in San Deigo, California.

What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with just about anyone you can think of from teen athletes trying to put on muscle for a sport to middle-aged women trying to shed a few extra pounds before vacation.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

When I was living in San Diego I had a client that struggled with back pain and after weeks of corrective exercise she said she no longer felt pain in her back.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Don't be afraid to ask questions if you don't understand something or need help that's what you are paying for.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

I think the main question a student needs to ask themself is can they achieve the goals they are pursuing without the help of a fitness professional.
