I take personal training and make sure each program made for somebody is personal to what that individual wants and needs. Covering a wide range of training stlyes and goals, it doesn't matter if it's weight loss and toning up, strength and size building, nutrional help or self defense and kickboxing. There is a training style that will fit for you!
I urge my clients to know that im not just training you to make a goal, but my goal as a trainer is to give you the tools and confidence to be able to train yourself after we are done. It's a focus on learning your body and knowing what you need to do to help it! Also its not just essthtics and strength but we will also be working on fixing muscular imbalances, postural issues, and general quality of life improvements.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
first we start out with a physical assessment and have a sit down conversation discussing your goals, followed up by a dynamic and fundemental workout, then a short training package of 3 days usually to see if training is the right fit for you, followed by a recommendation on how we should proceed from there.
