720 Fitness LLC serves those of us who are a little constricted on time and a conventional personal training experience would be time consuming. I deliver the most elegant and convenient online personal training experience available.

First session will include an a few assessments to determine muscle imbalances and cardio respiratory levels. These results will be used to determine stretches and my approach to exercise selection.
Workout creation: I will combine the assessment results and your goals/preferences to create your workout.
Workouts: We will start with a warm-up(light cardio, stretches) then proceed with main workout, followed by cool-down.
I have standard pricing on my website, starting at $150/mo
Discounts depending on how many months of training are purchased. Usually around 15% or a month free!
I also do custom quotes for clients who have specific requests in mind such as a workout plan and no ongoing support, or weekly calls only, etc.

Know what your goals are and try to find a trainer that matches. Ex. If you travel frequently and need workouts for the hotel and your gym at home then you would want a trainer who knows what its like having a traveling job or has worked with previous clients who have. In the example above I would be a good fit because I traveled frequently for my last job and understand the challenges faced.
