Trevor is an awesome trainer. I like that his style is tough but understanding. He is dedicated to you making your fitness goals even on those days when you aren’t. He works with your schedule the best he can, he laughs with you, and always has a bomb playlist! One thing particular I like is that after working with Dirty30 Bootcamp Fitness for a while, you know you are progressing (heavier weights, more stamina, etc) but you kinda just look up one day and see it. Each day doesn’t feel like you are climbing a ladder to your goals. It’s more like you go have a good time, sweat, laugh, BE CONSISTENT, then boom!!!! You are “fine” or stronger or whatever it is you are looking to accomplish. Trevor pushes you physically, educates you on nutrition, and provides a space where you can be yourself and surpass those fitness goals!
