Quality instruction is at the forfront of all we do. We also are able to help students grow their training into a lifestyle becuase that is how to make positive change perminant. We help your mind and body become very strong so you standout in life as one with special skills.
It is the growth that student experience that is most enjoyable about my role as a teacher. I use my 31 years of training and my success as a multiple national champion to teach how to be a winner in all areas of life.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our first goal with new students is to know what are their goals. Next, we schedule a private session, usually with the head instructor, to cover the base of the skills that are to be developed. This whole process is to make sure all mew members get off to a great start.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been training in various forms of martisl arts for over 30 years. I have professional level training in Tai Chi, Qigong, and Clinical Chinese Herbal Science.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
On-going private sessions are $35 per 30 minute session.
Group classes are 119 and 129 per month.
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching childrens classes about 26 years ago. Have never looked back.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with young and old, fit to crippled, and have learned alot from my experiences.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
It is important to know your goals and then find a teacher that matches your temperament and is qualified you help you gain the desired skills.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
The least important factor in deciding a school is price. Know what you seek to accomplish.
