Playing sports and helping with camps, spotting with lifting weights and partnered stretches and drills is how I started.  Coaching, training, playing, learning more about exercise science through college to manage a plan for team, individuals, athletes, weight loss management is what I do.   

Balance is the key to a successful plan.  Magnets balance the positive/ negative force, credits/ debits balance the financial economic force, water balance in a river, dam, ocean flows from coast to coast.  If you can balance your energy, performance plan; Could you be Mr. or Mrs. Univserse?
