Coach Darnell is great with the kids, very professional, knowledgeable, reliable, consistent, extremely disciplined and a great communicator. He’s a great roll model as he reflects these traits on the kids.

Excelente service overall! I am extremely impressed and happy with Coach D and Liberty Fitness! The environment at Liberty Fitness is friendly, professional and goal oriented with an excellent work ethic. I’m excited to watch my boys develop overtime with Coach D’s professional training. He’s friendly, understanding, focus, dedicated, knowledgeable, hard working and passionate as a Boxing trainer, coach and mentor. I’m extremely happy with my choice overall! Thank you!

Best part of my entire experience was the fact that he was very knowledgeable and patient with me with me. Coming from a martial artist background and mainly kicking to understanding how to change my body to use more of my punching ability and the small differences when it comes to boxing.
