I loved the fact that Mr. Cooper works around your schedule making it convenient and leaving no room for excuses on why you werent able to work out. He focuses on your weaknesses and makes sure he pushes you every minute spend during the session. Hes an amazing motivator and Id recommend him to anyone of all ages.
