What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I always begin every new client relationship with a comprehensive interview. I want to know everything about the client that they are comfortable with sharing that will help me better push them to their fitness and life goals. Medical history, injuries, random persistent aches and pains, as well as a dietary snapshot are all discussed. Personal background information such as line of work, reasons for the fitness journey, and past struggles will also be discussed. This information is used to develop a comprehensive plan for the client to achieve their goals.
