What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Here's what to expect after we agree that KFP is where you want to achieve your fitness and nutritional guidance. 

1.  A transformation session (consists of exercise and nutritional information directly related to your goals.  A step by step plan for execution of your goals.  Understanding what the process would look like for you to achieve your goals.  Finally, a graded exercise test.  NO one fails.  This allow me to learn and teach what you know and don't know about the wellness process.

2.  Transformation log (monthly measurements, monthly weigh ins and weekly progression photos)

3.  1 hour sessions (cardio and strength training etc.)
