Why Fitness focuses on both providing the most effective custom plan for each client and the education of the client.
I have 4 years of personal training experience. I am an athlete and coach and incorporate a lot of sports training, HIT, functional training and more. I utilize current technology to stay in touch with clients and help them track their workouts, meals, and progress with a custom app.
I am a certified personal trainer with Action Personal Training Certification, Action Advanced Nutrition Certification, ASEP Coaching Certification, AHA CPR, AED and First Aid Certified. I also have a B.S. in Leisure And Sports Studies with a Coaching and Athletic Administration Specialization in Health Promotion and Fitness Administration from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Each client will receive a Free session where we cann assess their goals, strentghs and weaknesses. We use this information to develop a plan of action. This will involve a monthly workout plan including cardio, strentgh and flexibility training. The plan will also include personal dietary guidelines and progress tracking.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Leisure And Sports Studies (COSMA Accredited) with a Coaching and Athletic Administration (NCACE Accredited) Minor and a Specialization in Health Promotion and Fitness Administration from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. I am a certified personal trainer with Action Personal Training Certification (Nationally Accredited). I also hold an Advanced Nutrition Certification with Action Personal Training Certification

4 Sessions - $300 ($75)
8 Sessions- $560 ($70)
12 Sessions - $780 ($65)
20 Sessions - $1,000 ($50)
How did you get started teaching?
I was an athlete in school and people would always ask me for training advice and I always enjoyed helping others. It eventually became a passion of mine and I have been doing it ever since.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have trained a wide variety of people. My clients range in age from 14 to 75. I have trained housewives, businessmen, American ninja warriors, powerlifters, high school and college athletes and even a few professional athletes.
