Personal Training at Wicked requires commitment for the trainer and most of all the client. All programs are set up for that commitment and with that foundation in place comes results. Then we add some Fun to the workout so you the client can have those magic moments.

    Linus is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and devoted to his clients! It’s so obvious that he really cares about helping me see results. I wasn’t in perfect shape and I don’t have tons of time to be at the gym but he gets it! He developed a routine that works for me and adjusts it as I get stronger and lose weight.     Linus has been my trainer for at least 12 years. I am now 61 and very strong. He cares about me, listens to me and always makes sure Im doing my exercise right. I broke my back four years ago. I was in great shape before it happend, there-fore the doctor said I didnt need surgery. I wouldnt be the same without Linus and I highly recommend him.
