Linus is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and devoted to his clients! It’s so obvious that he really cares about helping me see results. Linus has been my trainer for at least 12 years. I am now 61 and very strong. He cares about me, listens to me and always makes sure Im doing my exercise right. I broke my back four years ago. I was in great shape before it happend, there-fore the doctor said I didnt need surgery. I wouldnt be the same without Linus and I highly recommend him.
