Not only do we coach and guide one another, but the fellow members also become part of our team and a source of inspiration. It is an intertwined bond of Family, Friends, and Fitness.

· Conducting fitness class, while demonstrating the correct way to execute exercises.

· Explaining to senior citizens the results they can expect from particular exercise regimes.

Parks and Recreation June 2012

· Advised students on recreation and fitness exercises during Health Fair.

Link Fitness April 2011 - Present

· Teach a wide variety of fitness classes in various formats, skill levels, and intensities.

· Instruct group exercise classes, including low-, medium- and high-impact cardio aerobics, calisthenics, toning and stretching, among others.

· Provide personal training to individuals to maximize workout efficiency, improve fitness, increase stamina, and improve overall sense of well-being.

· Monitor and instruct new clients regarding safe and effective use of cardiovascular, flexibility and strength training equipment.

· Deliver lectures to members about fitness regime.

· Keep members' attendance record, and collect fees at the end of the month.

· Develop personalized training plans for clients, based on individual needs.
