This session provides a meticulously designed, comprehensive 50-minute training program that aims to enhance your boxing skills and instill a sense of confidence in your ability to defend yourself. Our main focus is on perfecting your form and ensuring that you learn the proper technique for executing powerful punches, as well as mastering footwork and maintaining an appropriate distance by being aware of your surroundings.

Additionally, you will have the chance to engage in a series of challenging abdominal exercises and jump rope drills, specifically tailored to strengthen your core and improve your overall stamina. With each session, the intensity of the workouts increases, allowing you to gain more knowledge and see noticeable results. Gary is not only a highly knowledgeable boxer but also a certified NASM personal trainer. He has also studied exercise science in college and is a certified USA Triathlon level one coach, strength training, conditioning and Weight loss.

Gary incorporates strength endurance workouts, utilizing his extensive knowledge of the human body and body mechanics to deliver quick and effective results through hard work. We consider ourselves privileged to have Gary "Kid" Stark Jr., a highly esteemed featherweight boxer with an illustrious history in New York City, as the instructor for this session.
