About
Traditional Karate Center - Matawan, founded in 1994, is a veteran-owned karate school situated in Matawan, NJ, and its surrounding areas. It offers authentic Japanese Karatedo and Olympic Karate training for all ages, including Pre Karate developmental programs. They specialize in training persons with disabilities, special needs, and veterans, who receive free lifetime instruction. Their Elite Sport Team competes annually in national and global championships. They also conduct seminars on personal security, including anti-abduction, anti-bullying, active shooter tactics training, and personal protection awareness. They are proud of their numerous awards at national, world, military, and Pan American championships.
