About
I am a certified female personal trainer with over 10 years experience training in homes, apt gyms, parks and well-known corporate gyms. I work with men and women of all age groups (children ages 6-17 as well).
Whether the goal is to become more functional or stronger, I can help clients achieve their goals through carefully analyzing the clients’ needs and wants. I have worked with men and women who had medical limitations ranging from cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. I have also been trained to work with clients having physical disabilities, neurological issues and seniors who need to keep active.
