Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I work one on one. I specialize in mind, body, spiritual fitness. 1st I give my clients a personal response packet. This tells me there achievements, and failures to there desired goal. I review this, then devise a plan of success. Starting with short term goals, once they have been achieved we move up and add more. Clients work with me depending upon there evaluation 1-3 times per week. My goal is too teach one to continue on without needing me. Most do a check in consultation as well, as too move to there next level in there goals. References upon request.
