What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Depending whether you have a half an hour Session or a full hour it will vary but a full session will go something like this. If it’s a kick boxing session or a boxing session we will start by wrapping your hands getting your gear on and a warm-up which may consist of many different things from jumprope to row machine. then we start The specific session that we have slated for the day. Then we do the cooldown process and stretches. But keep in mind for each person and each discipline we adjust the session to the requirements of the discipline.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 15 years of experience in jujitsu and seven years of experience in training professional athletes from fighters to professional soccer players. In every aspect from strength training endurance speed explosiveness dieting and cutting weight.


Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

If the sessions are held at our gym the prices are $80 an hour and $45 for half an hour. There are packages that can bring the prices down to $60 an hour.

10 15 20 & 30 personals packages. If we travel to someone’s home it’s $100 an hour base price


How did you get started teaching?

After many years in martial arts I acquired a team of fighters who needed guidance and leadership. So in the process of helping them I opened up my own gym. Currently we have one of the top fight teams in New York City
