What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Assessments to make sure that I can help each client achieve thieir goal in a safe and progressive manner. Showing the variety of ways to achieve their goal to prevent boredom and continue progressing each week.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Physical education studies at Monroe Community College, NFPT certifcation and NASM/PES cerfications. More to come.

I change my prices based on what is included or not. Mutltiple training packages to choose from between in person and online programs.
How did you get started teaching?
My desire to share my passion with others who allow me to. I believe fitness, sports and moving in different ways are fun and productive.
What types of students have you worked with?
Mostly females. Athletes and seniors.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Meet with the trainer. Discuss your goals. Ask questions based on your program, location, liability insurance.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Do you know what you want to accomplish and can the trainer that you talked to help you achieve your goals.
