    My husband & I started teaching hardstyle kettlebell several years ago after using it ourselves to gain strength, lose weight, and gain muscle in a way that didn't burn us out or cause injury.

    A combination of being a kickboxing instructor, black belt in jiu jitsu, and his love of the UFC brought Greg to the role of MMA coach.

    We have worked with a broad spectrum of students from young to old, able to inable.
