I had my first meeting with Michael today and am most impressed with his approach to my shoulder/rotator cuff issues. Our work will concentrate on stretching and releasing the shoulder while building lower body strength until we can progress to upper body work. His wholistic approach is what I am looking for in a trainer.

Many aspects, including positive attitude, practical/useful advice, serious but fun.

Really liked how he catered my program to my needs and my specific fitness goals. He identified areas that needed work and quickly resolved those issues through various stretches and exercises. Very patient as i learned new lifts and techniques and also helped with my diet. A great experience and very happy with my results!

Everything Mike has done has been tailored towards my end goal and was very specialized. I’m currently in the process of helping my body not only through exercise but also my diet as well. Mike has been an enormous factor in both these areas with planning workouts as well as talking through eating habits and showing me things that I would have never thought of to reach my end goal of consistently living a healthy lifestyle. Along with this, the exercises that Mike has given me have been the perfect level of challenging to where I can still excel in my day to day activities while also building in my workout to my everyday routine!
