About
I pay very close attention to details: clients pre-existing issues, concerns, care and their needs.
The entire process, from meeting of new clients to exposing certain muscular imbalances, having a clients say "Jay this is really tough", then saying OMG Jay "I did it!"..the unlimited amount of information and knowledge that's here to learn and help clients achieve their goals and beyond. There's more but I'll keep this statement as my truth of enjoyment for what I love to do.
