Devoted fitness is your one stop shop for fitness and combat sports. Come train MMA, Muay Thai, BJJ and more along with personalized workout programs designed specifically for you.
I make training very fun and easy for everyone to follow, no matter the skill level and you will feel the burn after every intense workout I put you through. I guarantee that you'll see results in the first week of training with me and my lessons will stick with you for years to come.
I enjoy doing this type of work because I love learning new things and I feel good about myself if I can teach someone something new. Training others also helps me in my individual MMA career because I get to practice what I preach.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Each student will have a basic assessment test so I can see where they are in terms of fitness and skill level. his wil help me compromise a custom program for each student and this will help me target their specific goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified trainer for combat athletes. I was certified by Shane Fazen in 2016. I've competed for Team USA in the 2015 US Open and International for Jiujitsu and placed 2nd in both events. Competed in K1 kickboxing and currently trains actively at Strongstyle MMA.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
The pricing system is based off of how many hours you wish to train per session and how many sessions per week. All of this information will be discussed and setup before your first lesson.
How did you get started teaching?
I got started teaching by showing some friends some martial arts techniques. They wanted to learn more so I taught them more, and eventually I got into teaching various techniques. From there, I would hold mits at the gym, roll (Sparring in Jiujitsu) with partners, and assist with kickboxing class at King's Gym in Ohio.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with amauture fighters, people looking to get into shape, individuals wanting to learn self defense and other's who simply wanted to occupy their time doing something positive meaningful.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My most recent event I'm found of is helping a friend of mine get into the gym so he can reach his 40 pound weightloss goal. He's been sticking with me ever since he trained with me for the first time. Just seeing his positive progress is good enough for me.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would tell each student to make sure that the teacher has their best interest in mind. Don't fall for the fraud guys who sit down and watch Youtube for hours and turn into overnight trainers with no actual combat experience. I'm an active fighter and have experience with the things I teach. I'm down to earth and always willing to listen and take advice. My purpose is to help make you into the best version of yourself possible.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Students should ask teachers how many years of experice do they have. Are they certified to teach. What can they expect from their training, how often do they teach, and do they have any actual footage of themselves in competition, training or otherwise.
