About

I specialize in one on one training and can design a workout based on my clients needs. Plus I specialize in medical needs of my clients. I can help with a bad back, neck and spine and feet and knee issues and even hands/wrists.

When physical therapy runs out, I have helped those continue with similar training on the needed area that still needs to strengthen itself.

My rates are low because I care about what I do and want people to feel good in their skin. I am a certified trainer that studied with ACE and also with The International Fitness Association. I am certified and licensed for CPR/AED and in First Aid as well.

I am ready to help and able to accommodate to your needs. So let's set up an assessment and get started.

Frequently asked questions

I like to do an assessment first so I can get to know a first time client. I like to sit down and understand their goals so we can plan on how to get there together.

I've been through this myself. I have been training and helping people for over 10 years and I am certified through IFA.

Depending on location is part of pricing structure. Pricing can be as low as $10 for a 30 minute workout.

I was recovering from 2 serious back surgeries and knew I could not go back to my desk job. My PT instructors suggested that I should get involved in physical training because I was so good at it. And then I started reading up and started to study the books and became certified.

I have worked with all ages. From the youngest at 14 to my current oldest client who is 87 years old. I have worked with professionals to homemakers, clients with disabilities and those achieving to past a fireman's physical test. Variety is the spice of life!

I worked with a client who was desperate to lose weight naturally and not through gastric bypass. She was close to 300 pounds. So I put her in a strict diet by watching her sugars and carbs, and did more cardio and weight training. She started at around 276 and ended up at 135 when we finished!! She has never felt better!

Look to see how you interact and relate to your teacher. I personally think there has to be some type of connection to make it work.

Your goals, your needs and your wants. Timing is important and a set schedule of availability.
