If you live in or around Norman, Moore, and south OKC, I'm right around the corner near OU and ready to help you reach your goals and then some! And if you're a little further out or simply prefer to have me travel to you, I can do that! What makes my business unique starts with my National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certification. Their training program is top notch. I’m also certified in fitness nutrition via NASM, along with acupuncture and Chinese medicine via the Oklahoma Healing Arts Institute (OHAI). What I've learned via NASM and OHAI I've combined with my own experience and education to create a unique product for my clients that will give them great results and a foundation for success going forward.
