What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First consultation is free via in person or mobile divice. During that meeting we will discuss your current health situation and assess short and long term goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
At the age of 13 years old I discovered my love for fitness and health after seeing a bodybuilding competition on television. By the age of 14 years old I was competing in powerlifting tournaments and stood out as one of the strongest pound for pound lifters in the state of Oklahoma.
That love carried over into a 12 year military career. During that time I provided total warrior training to over 600 members. Ranging from one on one secessions up to 100 plus member group training.
