Frequently asked questions
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My clients enjoy the luxury of in-home private training, where I come to their designated workout location and provide private training services. For clients in my Tulsa Metro service area, there is a standard "per session" fee. For clients who are approved for in-home couples training sessions, there is a 1.5x session fee.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have had the pleasure of working with a wide variety of clients with a very diverse set of goals and individual needs including, but not limited to:
- Individuals with medical conditions and/or the need for specialized training or modifications to tradtional exercise (Parkinson's, Cerebral Palsy, Scoliosis, Diabetes, Autism, Autoimmune Disease etc.)
- Young athletes in speed, agility and conditioning for their sport
- 100+ lb weight loss transformations
- Women pre and postnatal
- Fitness competitors and individuals looking to build strength and mass.
- Individuals looking for general health and fitness as well as individuals who have been advised by a doctor to treat or prevent illness (for instance, aquiring an exercise program in an effort to avoid the need for blood pressure medication, etc. )
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Each of my clients are different, therefore, so are their training programs.
Though each clients needs are unique, there are a few key principles that I apply to all of my clients equally.
1. A plan, and a goal are a must.
2. Training should always be safe.
3. Keep training enjoyable, and challenging.
Find a trainer that takes the time to get to know you and your goals then tailors your program around your individual needs.
