I've chose to dedicate my life in martial arts (Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Boxing) and the fitness world. In hopes of helping normal people live a healthy and stronger life. We work so hard in our careers sometimes and forget to care for our body and health. I strongly believe in having a balance life. Your fitness goals will be my goals as I dedicated my time to you.

I enjoy every bit of it. The training, getting sharper and stronger. Learning new techniques and knowledge, and getting a sweat in. It feels like you are bettering yourself and empowering yourself through martial arts and fitness training.
I love to be apart of helping someone become better versions of themselves. Building confidence mentally and physically, it is very empowering when you believe in yourself. It's truly the best feeling in the world.

The process with my new students involves first knowing more about them and their fitness goals, may it be weight loss, martial art fitness techniques (Kickboxing/Muay Thai/Boxing), or just simply getting in great shape. I will then create a program based on their goals. We will then start our training session. My goal for every session is to make it fun, creative, and productive. I want to make sure they find value with my training and that their goals are being met.
I am a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer and have been training and learning about fitness for about 10 years. This generally involves weight lifting, body weight workout, and athletic perfomance.
As for martial arts, I've started training in Wushu when I was a kid. During my college years until now I've been training and dedicating my time learning deeply in Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) , Kickboxing, and Boxing (roughly 8 years).
I love what I do and would love to serve others in these areas I am passionate about.
Right now my pricing is pretty straight forward.
1 hour - $25 (pricing may change due to long commute)

I got started in teaching because I knew martial arts and fitness were my passion and I find that training gives me great joy. I would like to share that experience to those with similar goals. Having that balance in life is very important to me.
I have worked with various students of different ages and background. Some with goals such as weight loss and others with goals with self defense and martial arts sparring, and maybe a blend of the two.
I've enjoyed training in martial arts, and was fortunate to come across Portland State Kickboxing club.
I've trained there for many years and even competed in multiply Kickboxing exhibitions and took part in Thai New Year Muay Thai performance as well.
Generally I encourage students to try out different trainers and see how they teach. Some trainers have great knowledge in their field but aren't good teachers and vice versa. Also some students may connect better with a specific trainer more than another trainer through a deep understanding on what the student would like to achieve. It's usually after the first session where the students will know what the trainer teaches and how a typical session would look like. I recommend trying a session if it sparks your interest and see yourself if you like how he/she teaches.
