First session is always a full hr consultation and evaluation. Covering health history background. A brief over view in the clients current nutrition and diet. And goal assessment, body measurements and a movement assessment.

I hold sever certificates. A excurise science a personal traing and nutritionist degree from Pen Fosters university.

$55- 60m session
Small group strength group is $300/m unlimited classes.
Couples sessions are $75/ hr
On line pricing ranges from $80-180/m auto debit required
Nutrition programming and counseling $35/ half hr

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find a professional who is educated and able to connect with you. And is not just looking to make a fast buck.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Over 35 go see your dr and get a physical or basic check up.
Men 35-40 blood panels knowing your lvls is a good thing.
And women ask your dr to check your thyroid.
