I love when I can help somebody learn to LOVE exercise rather than consider it something they must do. My basic philosophy for training is teaching you to workout toward your proper postural alignment and introducing you to the correct forms of the exercises. I respect your goals, and provide endless fun at our workouts. Like many trainers, I love watching clients change and become happier.

Seeing results from my clients are making me feel that I choose a good career field. Training and coaching is a big part of my life as I am also a part-time PE Teacher at Beaverton School Disctrict and do have a passion to rise the generation with the healthy habbits. Being a busy mother of 2 children, I am motivating my clients to find a blalance between work and fitness.
