My name is Roland Sanderson. I have been training my mind and body to perform athletics at a peak level all my life. I train athletes of all sports but boxing and basketball are my speciality. I have been training athletes in basketball for 18 years and boxing for 10. I am a master of my craft and teach all the capacity’s for power to operate at the highest level mentally and physically. This includes, conditioning, strength training, speed Training, correct body movement, skills training, mental visualization and manifesting and explosive training. I leave no stone unturned when it comes to developing kids bodies and minds to be a confident, disciplined athlete. I train adults as well but love helping the next generation flourish in there imagination, skills, discipline and love for life. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

I always start with the fundamentals and the foundation of the sport! I will gauge there capabilities and there skill level, from there I will build them a program to better the skills, and better themselves as a athlete! 

I Have trained basketball players for 15 years and boxing for 10! I have trained for the youth basketball association for many years, but most of my work is 1 on 1. I trained fighters at fightkore in Martinez CA for 2 years and GoHardBTTboxing in Portland OR for 3 years. I have been a pro in both sports with 20 years of self training in basketball and 10 in boxing.

My pricing is very reasonable for the quality you will get! I like to make it affordable for whoever wants training and to better themselves! I will start ofF with flat rate of 50 a hour for one on one training and for group training it varies depending on how many people. I would always recommend 1 on 1 training to see excellent results quickly. My pricing is very good for the quality and skillset of my trainIng. My goal is not to make money but to help people build confidence. Especially building confidence in youths for the next generation. Not just teaching them sports skills, but teaching them life skills, not just training there body but there mind and how yo control it and maximize its power. Discipline, focus, intensity.

My cousin was trying out for the of the best  high school basketball teams In The nation, so I trained him for a whole summer! His skills improved tremendously and I really enjoyed the happiness it brought him! So I have trained ever since!

I have worked with  all kinds of different  students. From beginners to advanced athletes.

This kid came into the boxing gym I was training at! He wasn’t confident and looked scared! I took him under my wing trained him for a few months! A few months later he wasnt even the same person! His confidence and the way he felt about himself completely changed, because of the skills he acquired. He is now 7-1 as a competitive amateur boxer!

Make sure that you feel comfortable with what he is teaching you! Make sure that it is easy for you to gras there concepts!
