I always start with the fundamentals and the foundation of the sport! I will gauge there capabilities and there skill level, from there I will build them a program to better the skills, and better themselves as a athlete!
I Have trained basketball players for 15 years and boxing for 10! I have trained for the youth basketball association for many years, but most of my work is 1 on 1. I trained fighters at fightkore in Martinez CA for 2 years and GoHardBTTboxing in Portland OR for 3 years. I have been a pro in both sports with 20 years of self training in basketball and 10 in boxing.
My pricing is very reasonable for the quality you will get! I like to make it affordable for whoever wants training and to better themselves! I will start ofF with flat rate of 20-100 a hour depending on how many students and the level of the athlete I will be teaching. I do 1-1 training and group training. I would always recommend to reach out to friends and do group training becaue you get even a better deal. My pricing is very good for the quality and skillset of my trainIng. My goal is not to make money but to help people build confidence. Especially building confidence in youths. Groups no bigger than 10 students!
