About
I love helping ALL people achieve their goals for personal health. I know what it has done for my life and want to share that gift in an uplifting and empowering manner. Giving people the tools to make it happen whether they are in a gym full of equipment or at home with two dumbbells. Sharing that knowledge is useful in helping my clients get where they need to be. I have realistic expectations and always listen to my clients needs.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I always ask what the goal is we are trying to achieve first. Then I curtail all the workouts and possible nutrition advice (if they request it) around that goal. I make sure to ask about any injuries or painful movements for the client so that way we can either work to address it or we can work in movements that will not aggravate this injury.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Coached CrossFit for a year at Code Red CrossFit.
Taught boxing and strength training for Portland City Boxing for 2 years.
BA of Science from PSU
