What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I always do a free evaluation, to meet the client find out what their goals and restrictions are. From there we will customize a program that works for each individual.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been certifed personal trainer for over 15 years. I have also been a professional athlete who has over come many injuries so I can also understand alot of the times where my clients are coming from mentally, physically and emotionally.

High performance althletes, post physical therapy, weight loss specific and many more.
