What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Once you let us know you're interested, we like to set up a free consult/trial session for you to check out our studio and meet with one of our amazing coaches. We have several coaches with their own unique styles of training, so we'll schedule you with the one who would we feel is the best fit for you. In this session, the coach will talk to you about your goals and, if you're interested, give you a sample of what a workout with them would be like. We also like to do fitness assessments to get a baseline and track your progress throughout your training program.
There's no pressure! If you like the session and want to continue, we'll move forward to set you up with a package that fits you, your budget, and your schedule. If we're not what you're looking for, we'll be happy to help you find another company that might be a better fit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our trainers are certified and receive ongoing training as an employee of Grit Box.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
We customize each package for each client based on their needs. Pricing is determined by the number of times you're training per week and the length of the session. We offer 30min, 45min, and 60min sessions. We also offer discounts for students, military, and healthcare professionals.
